200PL 3way 4bet pot vs 2 regs, keeping our range live vs shove

BN: $224.74
SB: $350.54 (Hero)
BB: $281.98
UTG: $122.62
HJ: $139.44
CO: $1526.57
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 Q 9 8
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $7, BN folds, Hero raises to $23, BB calls $21, CO raises to $92, Hero calls $69, BB calls $69
Flop ($284.00) 8 5 T (3 Players)
We have 260 behind, BB has 190 behind

Here another hand, both villains are solid zoom200 regs, CO opens 33% over decent sample, BB plays 24/16 and I have a note that he is cold4betting 4422ds in BB w/100bb eff. His total cold4bet freq is 6%.

I guess we are getting it in no matter what, I'm just asking myself what advatages it has to be checking flop in this spot vs openshoving, and what hands it in general makes sense to check with and what to shove with in this spot.

I guess all nutflushdraw hands it makes a lot sense to check so we never put BB in a tough spot with a weak FD here in sandwich, but my general thought goes into the direction whether we wanna CO ever out of the pot with some hands or not. Given that pretty much all AA kombos are gonna have some equity against us and the pot is pretty big we might wanna shove a lot of hands to get him to fold his ~15% or so the times BB also comes into play, but on the other hand BB shoving a lot here and him being sandwiched with us having a live range can't be that bad.

So what hands from our range would you prefer to be checking instead of shoving?
