case 1. tight stackoff range:
2PR>, TP1K+(FD, OE>), OE>+FD, PR+WR 41% eq. 82
fold range:
*-(2PR>, TP1K+(FD, OE>), OE>+FD, PR+WR) 59% eq. 40
ev = 0.41*0.82*-13.85 + 0.41*0.18*(26.45) + 0.59*12.6 = -4.6 + 2 + 7.4 = $4.8 = 24bb
Conclusion 1: When he has tight stackoff range despite our poor eq. when all-in we have a +ev shove because of
dead money.
case 2. loose stackoff range
* 100% eq.58
ev = 0.58*-13.85+0.42*26.45 = -8 + 11 = $3 = 15bb
Conclusion 2: When he has loose stackoff range our ev decreases but still shove nets us 15bb as opposed to c/f.
