Pretty loose passive table, think this alright to open...likely to play the hand multi-way and out of position though, the hand isn't that strong either, maybe I should fold these type of hands from this position?

Sigh I check call vs his what seems to me as an obvious value bet (30% odds)...is he turning up here with TJAx or 567x type hands enough of the time for me to justify river here or do people think it is just a leak? Or whether I should even get into this spot because of earlier street play?
