Villain is unknown, tanked on the turn quite a bit. Snapbet the river so small because of the turn timing in order to get value from 88/99 maybe even TT/JJ and tiltish calls from high cards w missed flushdraw.
V-s range on the river seems to be nuts or nothing pretty much? Really got lost on the river, any thoughts?

I would either bet 1/2 to 2/3 pot OTR or consider check/calling as well since he may bluff overcards/overpairs with a big heart that missed the flush.
Not too many 2x/7x in his CO flatting range especially after turn/river further reduces the # of combos he can have.
I don't like betting small because we may accidentally induce a bluff that will be difficult to call.
^ This. At first I thought about XC the turn, but this card is actually great for us and we're likely to keep betting with our bluffs, so I think it's a mandatory barrel.
The R is interesting - I think that by betting this small, your range becomes transparent - probably a flush/FH trying to squeeze out some more value from all the OvPs.
I believe this card is great to fire a big bet, maybe even overbet?(which I'd like to hear someone's opinion about). The reason is that this is a terrible runout for his range since he can no longer represent a FH (only 44, but even those are now in a terrible spot since we certainly have some 7x combos in our range (67s/57s/78s/79s/A7s/K7s/Q7s/J7s*) so I guess it's a great spot to put pressure on all his OvPs/flushes/44 even.

Oh, and I don't think XC is the right play for the reasons above.
