I am currently playing 100NL coming from MTT mid stakes. Currently beating 100NL for a few months, but still loads to improve.

I was wondering when it is smart to cash out and sit in with 100BB again. It happens sometimes I am 300/400bb deep and I get AA/KK flips for stacks, or let's say boat vs boat/flush/flush situations. Is that part of the game and is the advantage to stack somebody that deep weigh in more then losing it from time to time?

Is there a rule of thumb here?
