What should HERO do? #4 (NL 50 HU)

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (2 Players) BB: $117.78
SB: $122.82 (Hero)

deeps stacks with unknown

Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with Q J

BB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.00

Flop ($3.00) 9 3 6

Hero checks, BB bets $1.80, Hero raises to $6.64, BB calls $4.84

I decided to 3bet on this flop with QJo, which maybe little loose.

What hands you guys use here for x/r?
