Situation when BTN 3bets to CO and CO calls
I've been thinking about these two textures, and I can't figure out why PIO bets the whole range in one of them and half in the other.

I see no difference there. Both flops are dry, There is no draw. The monster hands is almost the same number.

What's the difference?
