Villain: wide 3b, 5b=KK+
THEORETICALLY:
I'll use an extreme example; Say he 3bets 100% but only 5bets KK+. (no postflop reads)
He either folds alot or calls alot vs 4bets (we dont know).
What would be the most ev approach VS this player?
Would you 4b wider for value and fold QQ,etc. when he 5bets,
would you 4b KK+ and just defend more by flatting? (which lets him realize equity vs QQ,etc.
4bet bluff?
Same question but what if he 3bets like 18% 5bets KK+???
