It's not complete by any means, but here it is.

The only real core feature it's missing ATM is that you can only specify one set of range files. I would have liked to implement the ability to specify different sets of range file groupings clustered by effective stack size, and then make the tool select the appropriate range file group for hands based upon that...

But oh well. Maybe someone else can code that up. It would make the tool way more effective for tournament hands, as right now the 100bb default range is mostly really just useful for cash.
