Turn sizing ???

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (5 Players) SB: $44.25
BB: $105.78
UTG: $106.91 (Hero)
CO: $94.56
BN: $104.00
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is UTG with Q A
Hero raises to $2.49, CO folds, BN calls $2.49, 2 folds
Flop ($6.48) 8 K T
Hero bets $2.03, BN calls $2.03
Turn ($10.54) 8 K T J
Hero bets $3.30, BN raises to $11.50, Hero calls $8.20

Villain I have a lot of history with, we have played over 1000 hands together and I know he views me as very aggressive and crazy, I also know that he has the tendency to turn hands into bluffs when he believes people are capped, but that also might just be my perception. I know that he is aggressive but not insane. Villian is playing 24/19/9 over that sample.

My assumption of his flatting range was something like this:
TT-22,KQo-KJo,QJo,[35]QQ,AKo,AKs,A9s-A2s,65s[/35],[85]JJ,AQo-AJo,AQs-ATs,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs[/85],[65]J9s,T9s,98s,87s,76s[/65]

my notes that I had access to at the moment on the player were as follows.
"3betting K4o in BB vs SB
*
scared in 3bet pots. bet check check line w/ AK on AQ62 double flushdraws super depstack, flush miss still check river clown
small cbet on Axx blind vs blind weak
blind vs blind bet/calling 992 w/ KT(nobackdoor)
3BET POT OOP CHCECKING RANGE WEAK
*
blind vs blind 3betting flop QQ4 w/ TT 2.5x, checking turn and river"

My logic on this turn was that I have a range advantage and the board changes a lot on the J, and when I bet turn again for a large sizing, I really can't continue to bet hands like AK, so when I use a smaller sizing I may induce worse calls from him and occasionally bluff raises and I can continue to bet thinly with my range advantage. I also assumed that if he got here with a hand like AT, or AJ because he may perceive my small betsizing to be that I am capped. and also I don't think that he is going to expect me to go absolutely insane here being that he will have combinations like Q9s, AQo, 88, TT at some frequency.

Am I missing anything here? With AQ do we just want to bet larger?? I guess if I have a hand like A4hh, I probably don't want to use this sizing so maybe I should bet larger on this turn and then use a hand like KJ to bet smaller, or a hand like JJ, or TT. Not sure.

Any ideas are appreciated, thank you.
