Hand was played on PPPoker. It's a play money site but the hand was for real money which was dealt on the side. It plays like a live short handed 2/4 game. I wasn't really sure of my turn play. Villain is a loose and a very aggressive reg. He makes a lot of weird mergy raises and bets that I don't agree with. He's more of an exploitative player than a GTO player.
Blinds: 2/4 with a straddle to 8

Hero opens to $20 (2.5x) in the CO with TT and gets flatted by the BU, heads up flop

I bet $35, he calls
Pot: $124
Turn: Tc bringing a second flush draw (about 550 behind)

So this is what I'm thinking on the turn. I can bet, check/raise, or check/call-check/raise. I didn't like check/call-check/raise vs this player as he checks back river a lot (due to betting weak range on the turn). He bets flop and turn at too high frequencies though so I went with check/raise. He bet 100. I could jam, but with two flush draws on board, jamming would price them out, so I made it ~$260 to price them in and give weak made hands a tempting price on the river. Does my play make sense vs this player? Which turn lines should TT go into in my default strategy vs unknowns?

River is an off suit brick and I jam ~$300 into ~$700 (I think bet/stack sizes I've given here are slightly wrong. River was definitely 300 into 700). He tank calls with A6o for bottom pair (I think he may have been tilted). So I assume he's put me on a really bluff heavy range. What range do you think he's put me on? Can it make some sense in some situations? If not, is his play bad or really really bad?

Side question, how do you do hand histories on run it once when you don't have the raw hand (eg with live poker)? I couldn't find a hand converter online
