Tough spot on Pokerstars 22 Saturday 6-max or just an easy shove??

Blinds: t1,000/t2,000 (6 Players) UTG: 34,988
MP: 103,920
CO: 45,585
BN: 171,720
SB: 62,253 (Hero)
BB: 288,383
Preflop (3,000) Hero is SB with A Q
3 folds, BN raises to 4,440, Hero raises to 12,500, BB folds, BN raises to 21,111, Hero

So the question is how am i supposed to play preflop in this position with this action??
We are around 42 players left in the tournament and our position is if i remember correctly 24/42 or close to that and there is a big payjump on 37th as well, around 20 $.
The villain is a supernova who im assuming is regular who is multitabling at the time and i do not have hud stats on him since this was a new table ( we are like on 2nd or 3rd hand on the table/ no previous history)
Your thoughts???
