I have only 94 hands on this villain, but so far he's 27/22, he seems like an aggressive 3-bettor in position, 33% in CO and 20% OTB so far.

UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.25, CO raises to $0.50, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.25

I can't fold to this tiny 3-bet.
