Top set on board w/ FD

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) CO: $10.60 (Hero)
BN: $11.71
SB: $10.05
BB: $5.18
UTG: $24.42
MP: $20.94
Villain is 29/23 AF=2, 3B=7, FCB=57 over 2k hands.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with K K
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, BN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.20, BB folds
Flop ($0.85) 8 K 5
SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $0.50, SB folds, Hero calls $0.50
I know that I can clearly bet for value but in a multiway pot when I have the board kind of annihilated except for the FDs (I don't know how many suited Aces he calls on the BTN) which want to see a turn card. When the SB folds, should I be raising for value ? I just think that except for sets I probably won't get much action in a single raised pot.
Turn ($1.85) 8 K 5 7
Hero checks, BN bets $1.30, Hero calls $1.30
Would you raise here ?
River ($4.45) 8 K 5 7 2
Hero checks, BN bets $3.30, Hero raises to $8.55 and is all in, BN calls $5.25
Pretty sweet river, I beat everything except for 64, so a relatively easy shove for me.

Should I have raised earlier ? I assume I can loose a lot of value because opponents are being passive, on the other hand it's easy to blow them off their hands by raising too aggressively.
