villain is a newish reg, seems tagish running 22/18 with 7% 3bet and 9.6% from B and 17% vs open from the btn. 

one relevant history is that a reg (130bb)opened to 2.7x utg, I flat (180bb)mp with A8dd villain in the bb flats (110bb), flop came 7d5h8s and villain donks 12 into 17, and utg folds I flat. 

Turn is Qd bring a diamond flush draw and he quickly donk again 27 into 41 and I flat

river is Js and he tanks and then check.  I check back and he had T9dd. 

Pre is fine as we are deepish and got a hand that plays well postflop and we are in position. 

Flop he bets kind of small, I recently really wanted to raise those kind of bets but decided to flat. 

Turn is standard. and still think his sizing is on the smaller side given there are double FD.

River he tanks 5s before jamming. are we close to the top of our range here?
