So I guess my thought process here was given him calling my 3bet, there aren't too many straights in his range besides AK. I had about 350 hands on Villain and his 3bet call % was about 4%, but I didn't really think AK would keep following through the bets. Maybe I needed bigger sizing? I think I could have also 3b a little larger pre flop. Looking at it now I only 2.5x when I think I should have went 3-3.5x, and maybe bet the flop a little larger.

Going back to this hand, I pretty much cringed seeing myself slow play the flop. I was planning on check raising given his min raise preflop, but obviously that didn't go through. I think the next time i'm in this spot I'm going to not slow play, and bet pretty decently on this flop.

So here I don't know why I checked the flop, I think a small bet would have done well. Calling the all in was also something I Don't know why I did. I was thinking he was trying to steal the pot I guess given his play. I guess he could have been slow playing AJ/a set but I wasn't thinking that at the time.
I had some bigger losers, but it was me doing spewy shit and getting too invested in draws/overvaluing TPTK. I actually learned a lot from going back and looking at those because I realized how much I was really spewing with almost nothing, so I don't think those need to be posted. I think my game plan as of right now is too play a lot tighter. After about 1.2k hands being tracked my VPIP is around 29%, and to me, that seems like it's a bit too high for where I feel comfortable playing postflop. I'm going to try and bring that down to 20ish and really only bring strong cards into the pot, along with raising more/3betting given my range and the oppurtunity. My range is pretty set in stone for 3betting at 8s+ AQs+ AKo.
