Looked through my PT and saw that I seem to lose a lot of pots because I got it in badly.
It may be variance, but I could be too loose pre-flop.

Some examples:

100BB, I 3-bet SB with AQo vs CO/BTN and BB cold 4-bets. Against a decent reg, I jam 100% of the time. Too loose? Call or fold perhaps?

100BB 3-bet TT vs CO and he 4-bets, I jam.
This seems super standard to me, but it may be loose.

100BB I 3-bet AQ in BB vs CO and he 4-bets, I jam. What about this one?

This is 200NL Zoom btw.
