Three Bet or Fold out of the SB?
Can we call out of the small blind in situations where the BB is playing passively and will never 3bet without AQ plus?
And what about in live 1-2 or 2-5 full ring games? How does the dynamic change and do any of you have a calling range out of the SB then?
