On river, I was trying to get value from ATs, 99, 88 type hands knowing sometimes he will call with QQ and maybe a very low frequency of KK/AA. Of course TT is 3betting. I doubt I have enough evidence to win in court, but I believe my pool isn't balanced x/r this spot. However, getting 3 to 1 on a call makes it a tough spot.
