Question regarding proper table selection.

Playing 100NL, Mostly full ring but some 6max on Pokerstars

How do you chose which table you jump on?

Do you look at the amount of hands played / hour?
Do you look at Pot Average?
Do you look at %of players / flop?
and does all that info in the lobby really mean anything?

or do you just sit down at how ever many you want to play (be it 4 tables or 24 tables) and then go on a bunch of waiting list and if a table isn't for your liking you drop it and get a new one.

How do the successful grinders on here table select?
