Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 9 T

CO folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB raises to $0.90, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60

Villain raised me a ton. I folded to all 3bets before.
Looks nitty 17/15 AF 5.0 9.2SB 3b (a bunch more vs me) 250hands

Flop ($1.90) 3 K 5

SB bets $1.14, Hero raises to $2.70, SB raises to $9.10 and is all in, Hero folds

He can't have 33,55,K5,K3 so went for the no eq bluff raise.

How bad was this? I figured he`ll fold everything but AK,KK,AA and a strong Club draw.
