play with huge fish is always good ,than call is not bad at all i think here (but i m OOP and offsuit->still think i can play this hand with profit)

dont see many pure bluff (multiway ,on turn still 3ppl)
When he bet 56bb on river his range now is much more narrow i see here only flush or Ah(Kh) busted
If he have Ah he have good blocker again my flush or busted flush->what that means ,if you was on his place and have busted draw AhKx do you try bluff this spot,and with KhQx do you try it?

again villian who is little crazy or more agr. i think we found some good reason for call ,but again this little tight opponent i guess is so unlikely we win after call more than 30% time.. ->bad call IMHO
