Squeeze or call pre? If the weaker player opened and the reg coldcalled, I'd be more likely to flat. Is this still an overcall or do you like/don't mind the sqz?

The board is very dry and smacked my squeezing range and after coldcalling twice, the rec probably has a lot of crap in his range. I missed pretty badly though and don't think my mid pairs will have too much SDvalue and probably even suffer from RIO. Is this a spot where cbetting vs an unknown weaker player is still fine or would you rather just c/f this and cbet only if we know for certain that he's overfolding to cbets? Btw: I definitely didn't bet less than 1/2p, that's due to rake then.
