Villain in this scenario is a player I have played against a bit. But its been a while and i cant really remember his exact tendencies, but I do remember him being a bit sticky.

He raises HJ to $10 and has a $200(66bb) stack
CO mega fish calls and has $120(40bb)
Hero has JThh on bttn covering and calls (maybe I should be squeezing here... I just wasnt certain on how tight he is opening, and the 40bb stack raised concern as it leaves a small SPR postflop when he continues.)

I find it really hard to find any bluffs in his range. I tend to want to fold here, but could be convinced otherwise. Is there a reason to call here?
