I dont have problem on 3bet with good polarise range,and no problem with folding problematic hand but

i have big problem play some hand preflop from SB and BB (6max),NL10,NL25

88-JJ and AQ,AJ,KQ

i need advise ,because i make lot of mistake with this hand.

Hero SB with TT.

what now?If i 3bet/fold on 4bet is bad

calling OOP is bad too ,every board without T will be problematic
