Few questions on 3betting:

1. I'm playing in a zoom playerpool. Some guys are overfolding vs 3bets (70-80% total over good sample). Say one of these guys (~20/16) opens co, blinds are weaktight, how wide do we want our 3betrange to be?
2. Same situation with hero on the sb or bb. Especially on the sb (usually have a lineair range) but feel like i should be 3bettin more polar (depending on the bb).
   
   1. How wide do we want to resteal bvb vs these guys?

Would like percentagepoints here in general.
