QJs on AAx OOP vs unknown

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $36.16
SB: $53.48 (Hero)
BB: $22.47
UTG: $26.23
MP: $25.21
CO: $31.38
villain total unknown
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with Q J
2 folds, CO raises to $0.75, BN folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BB folds, CO calls $1.75
Is this an ok 3b (vs unknown)? BTN vs SB I'd definitely 3b this for the most part but I'm a little torn in these positions...
Flop ($5.25) A 6 A
Hero bets $1.65, CO calls $1.65
Good board for my 3b range + I probably have the two nut blockers.
Turn ($8.55) A 6 A 3
Hero bets $6.37, CO calls $6.37
I'm also firing all/most of my backdoor diamonds now but since I have a ton of value too, I felt like I should still follow through with at least some of my KQs, KJs, QJs
River ($21.29) A 6 A 3 6
Hero bets $42.96 and is all in
I'd have been happier seeing the river brick off but since I hardly don't any 1card diamond blockers in my range and just firing two with my actual hand doesn't seem to make much sense, I decided to follow through.

It's an interesting spot because I feel like my reasoning for betting on any street can't be totally off considering my play on previous streets but in the end I still found myself putting in more than 100BBs on a total bluff vs an unknown. This in itself feels like a pretty big mistake. Where is the exit point I missed in this hand or do you really agree on this?
