Preflop: quick Q re: SCs versus weak Axx

I'm a little perplexed by an aspect of my preflop game.

I've got about 100k hands of NLH (I've been focusing on PLO for a long time) and I've basically broken even in that stretch (slight loser, tbh). So I'm looking for answers.

One big question I have is with regard to weak suited aces versus medium suited connectors, especially as our 3bet bluff candidates.

Snowie preflop ranges really prefer weak suited aces. The Monker preflop ranges I have access to (they're not perfect WRT sizing/etc) seem to slightly prefer medium suited connectors (or at least include them; Snowie doesn't like them quite as much).

Obviously, weak suited aces block Ax nicely, generating a lot of preflop folds from our opponents. But they don't play quite as well as suited connectors. So I've largely taken it as a personal preference which to include as 3bet bluffs, and I've erred on the side of medium suited connectors for the most part.

But I'm looking at my database, and I'm just a huge loser with medium suited connectors overall (T9s thru 65s; less than 1500 hands; -123.31 EV bb/100).

Is this normal, or am I just running bad? Should I redesign my preflop ranges to prefer weak suited aces and stop 3betting medium SCs?

Literally all of my T9s-65s combos are EV losers in my DB and this just doesn't seem right, based on playing a lot of NLH pre-BF. But I have no reason to simply trust my intuition on this point, so thanks in advance.

Also: what I've seen from Monker suggests that we don't really 3bet/fold either weak suited aces or medium SCs. (We go ahead and see a flop, provided villain has 4bet on the relatively smaller side, which is fairly standard.) Does this sound right, or no?
