Let's say we open HJ for 2.5x with 66, SB 3bets to 11x 100bb eff. If we're playing 1/2 this is a $5 RFI and a $22 3bet. Is there a general rule for direct odds we need based on stack depth? I.e. $17 to peel ($180 behind) so about 10:1. If villain was 75bb deep ($150) this would become a fold preflop? Just not sure how to quantify this. Thanks all.
