Hello. I was hoping someone, anyone could offer specificity in relationship to pokerstars and Albania.

many articles online are saying online poker has been written into law as being illegal starting January 1st of 2019.

Some of these articles say pokerstars is on the "blacklist"

Many of the articles suggest that they aren't enforcing ISP bans at this time.

I spoke to Pokerstars live chat and they promised me their ISP is not being blocked within Albania.

Anyone have personal experience with this? Albania is such a perfect country for me as I am American Citizen and they have amazing relationship with USA so I can stay there 1 year with no visa, pretty much no questions asked.
