Pio Noob Question

Okay, getting started on learning Pio and I have what's probably a dumb question.

In analysis starting on the flop where you haven't specified the turn/river runout, how does Pio evaluate actions? Is it simply EV vs range? The real merit of various lines would depend on turn and river contingencies and strategy interaction, right?

If you DO specify the runout, does Pio "know" it when it evaluates the flop play? For example, does a backdoor straight draw (that we know ends up coming in) get extra value? I'm assuming not, because that would be crazy, but I don't understand the mechanism by which it evaluates multistreet play.
