Passive line with FD 3-handed?

both players seem to be fairly regular in stats around 20/25, dont 3bet much.

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with 2 K

UTG raises to $0.20, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.15, BB calls $0.10

call is debatable i guess... who folds, who 3bets?

raise better as semi-bluff with tons of equity? (nut FD + GS)

Hero checks, BB checks, UTG bets $0.69, Hero calls $0.69, BB raises to $2.40, UTG calls $1.71, Hero calls $1.71

both calls are within the Potodds i think. i also give me a reasonable amount of implieds.

Hero checks, BB bets $7.11 and is all in, UTG calls $3.29 and is all in, Hero folds
