Overpair vs turn raise bvb. 100nl

Preflop: Hero is SB with Kh Kd
BTN folds, Hero raises to $3, BB calls $2
Flop: ($6) 5c 8s 7h (2 players)
Hero bets $4.50, BB calls $4.50
Turn: ($15) 3c (2 players)
Hero bets $13, BB raises to $29, Hero raises or folds?
Have like 4 hands on villain but he s short and likely a rec player. Is there enough chance he is overplaying something here that we put this in? Turn raises are pretty strong in general esp from rec players.
