Overpair on double flash board NL10z

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with Q Q
3 folds, BN raises to $0.26, Hero raises to $1.00, BB folds, BN calls $0.74
Flop ($2.10) 8 3 6
Hero bets $1.10, BN calls $1.10
Villain were betting vs missed c bet only 30% so prefered vs him jus 3 barrrels even tho i could check call this board having Qs.
Turn ($4.30) 8 3 6 T
Hero bets $2.80, BN raises to $16.12 and is all in, Hero folds
Didn't wanted to check raising looking passivity of villain could check most od draws. But when he raising could he do that with FD? Especially with gut shot, pair+ FD etc? QsQd seems not good bluffcatcher either blocking some draws but could he shove werser? JJ?

villain 16/13 after 500 hands. Low agreesion ,low 3 bet more tight player.
