villain is 35/31 over 26 hands / 4.0 agg factor

UTG is 60/4 over 27 hands

i decided to just call to keep fish in UTG position in the pot

when CU bet... is raising a good play here?

i feel like he can have a lot of pocket pair in his range that calls

but after reviewing since his agg factor is so high and he seems a bit loose that x/c is a better option to keep him bluffing
