NL50[sh], - JJ 3bp overcard flop, general strategy?

First of, preflop I will 3b JJ/QQ/AK most of the time blinds vs early. I want to discuss postflop.
What is the general strategy on Ahigh Khigh or Qhigh flops with hands like JJ and QQ(obv only for Ah and Kh here) in this spot?
We have the range advantage and we want to barrel a lot on such flops with our value hands, right? So do we just bet most of our range here and gu T if not improved?
OR
Since if we hold AA/KK/AK/QQ on such board, we have it pretty much locked up. Do we want to barrel? XC also has merits. Would that leave us with calling at least once w JJ/QQ also?
Appreciate all the answeres!
