NL50 set in 3bp, interesting river

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $117.71
SB: $50.75 (Hero)
BB: $50.00
UTG: $136.70
MP: $67.84
CO: $50.00
Villain is a reg, 24/19 over 4800 hands. Opens btn 42%. Fold to 3b IP 46%, vs resteal 43%. Fold to cbet in 3bp 35/50/40.
wtsd 33, wsd 60, wwsf 45. Based on my notes he is capable of bunch of random stuff.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with 6 6
3 folds, BN raises to $1.00, Hero raises to $4.00, BB folds, BN calls $3.00
PF this might be a fold, I def. cant call, but I just dont have the heart to fold PPs bs weak ranges.
Flop ($8.50) 9 A 6
Hero bets $4.00, BN calls $4.00
Turn ($16.50) 9 A 6 7
Hero bets $9.50, BN calls $9.50
River ($35.50) 9 A 6 7 A
Hero
This river is interesting. Dont think I can ever bluff here, but more importantly, I def. cant rep bluffs. So I think that he might fold AJ/AT to a jam, which leaves fairly narrow calling range (which would indicate that I can bluff, but I dont think that I ever will actually turn like 78s into a bluff).
On the other hand, he definitely has at least some AK combos in his range...but he is gonna jam them himself.

Im just wondering if there is any merit in checking. He is likely jamming AK anyway. He might even jam AQ. And he could turn some stuff into a bluff I think

What do you guys think?
thanks
