MP is 18/11 with F3B of 25% over 223 hands. BTN is 28/20 with 10% 3-bet over very small sample. No history with either villain.

I decide to just flat here as I think cold 4-betting might be overplaying my hand a bit especially since I am deep with MP and OOP.

As played BTN's line makes no sense to me. The small bet on the flop could be a weak attempt to steal the pot with AK/AQ or a weaker pair of maybe TT. Check on the turn is consistent with his weak flop range or he could be pot controlling a hand like AJs. I've even seem some real nits pot control this turn with KK/AA although I think with those hands he bets more OTF.

OTR he bombs it, 18.5/24.25. No real hand makes sense to me. I'm at the top of my pre-flop cold 3-bet flatting range with a severely under-repped hand.
