BTN is 18/14 with a 3-bet of 9.5%, SB is 28/20. Both appear to be good regs. 

After SB flats I decided to just flat rather than turn my hand face up and have to puke if I get 5-bet by BTN. Although I'm wondering if that's really the best play here?

OTF I think BTN's range is really strong here, QQ+ or maybe NFD (premium and non-premium combos if he 3BL).

SB's range is probably more weighted towards middle PP / weak overpairs or TT. I don't know if he would cold call a 3-bet with Axs unless it was maybe ATs+? 

TBH I had less than 400 hand samples on each player. Overall I think I played this hand like a nit. I think I should have at least peeled 1 card. But honestly any T,J,Q,A, or spade with lots of action would be really scary imo.
