NL50 is my river x/r bluff terrible? 87 on 762rQ6

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (3 Players) BB: $102.16 (Hero)
BN: $65.93
SB: $50.00
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 7 8
BN raises to $2.00, SB folds, Hero calls $1.50
Villain always raises bigger than average preflop
Flop ($4.25) 7 2 6
Hero checks, BN bets $4.04, Hero calls $4.04
Turn ($12.33) 7 2 6 Q
Hero checks, BN bets $6.00, Hero calls $6.00
River ($24.33) 7 2 6 Q 6
Hero checks, BN bets $17.34, Hero raises to $90.12 and is all in, BN calls $36.55 and is all in
Final Pot BB wins and shows two pairs, Sevens and Sixes.
BN wins and shows a full house, Queens full of Sixes.
BB wins $0.00 BN wins $130.11
Rake is $2.00

Villain cbets 46/38/67, I thought that on the river bluffing>folding>calling... but I think it's pretty bad now.

His calling range is imo: QQ, 77-66, 22, 7d6d (9 combos)
Don't think he opens 76o, BU RFI 34%

I don't think he has enough hands that he 3barrels with which he folds to a river raise to make this bluff good, I just thought "hey I have a blocker and decent SPR for a bluff shove", lol

On the turn he might still have some bluffs because of the Q overcard, but it's definitely a fold on the river imo because he cbets so little
