Villain is 20/15 with a 13% UTG open. I think his range is often TPGK like AJ-AK and I can credibly rep a set here. He might not open 22-44 or have any 2 pair combos on this board whereas I could have every value combo. 

Should I go for it? 

Sizing wise I think a CRAI is good to get maximum fold equity and to avoid playing a river if he just flats. It's only a slight overbet and he might talk himself into folding AK here a lot because when he calls he is either drawing dead or has 3 outs.
