NL50: Good spot to 3 barrel most of my continuing range?

BB: $62.39
HJ: $50.75
CO: $50
BN: $50
SB: $119.21
Preflop ($0.75) (5 Players)
HJ raises to $1.50, CO folds, BN calls $1.50, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($3.75) 5 4 T (2 Players)
HJ bets $2.81, BN calls $2.81
Turn ($9.37) A (2 Players)
HJ bets $6.50, BN calls $6.50
River ($22.37) Q (2 Players)
HJ bets $16
I am HJ in the hand.

Villian: 20/16/5% 3bet
Only 300 hands so no relevant stats.
WTSD: 25%
W@SD: 47-52%

Lets pretend I have a hand that isn't as strong as AK when we get to the river.
Is this a good spot to 3 barrel alot of my range on this runout considering I will be showing up with a tight/strong range here alot?
If so - what sort of hands would you pick to bluff here?
I would assume he is 3betting most of his KK/AK+ preflop.

I am not sure what sort of range to give him by the turn, maybe:
Strong: 44/55/TT/AQ+
Medicore: 99/JJ/QQ
Weak: KQs/KJs/JQs (with missed BD Flush)

1. What would you do with a hand like JQ that most likely isn't good at showdown.
2. A hand like 67s with missed OESD.

I am very interested to hearing your thoughts Thanks!
