Pre-flop raise was to $1.50

Villain is a reg and I think he is capable of doing this 1/2 pot bet sizing with many Ax hands. I think he calls the turn with a lot of sets/2 pair though as he might be afraid I have a wheel. The problem is I'm not sure how often he is folding something like A4s on the river vs. a CR given that the flush draw missed?

Am I spewy for thinking of going for a big river CR bluff here or are there better spots to do it?
