Also saw him call a 3bet and fold to a cbet twice before.

I dont like my flop sizing, I thought the flop is wet so wanted to bet big OTF, and jam the turn, but I think going 1/2, 1/2, 1/2 would have been better as the flop is not as wet as I thought at the time.

I was generally expecting him to fold the flop given my reads. 

OTT, I think this is a bad card for us. I expect villain to call the flop with all his Qx, his flushdraws, and sometimes his Jx. Given his wide range here, he can have a lot of Qx, Jx combos, around 120 combos. And only around 20 flush draw combos. So I decided turn was a ch/f, thoughts?
