NL50 flopped flush bvb, terrible river decision

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $34.63
SB: $51.32
BB: $174.22 (Hero)
UTG: $32.38
MP: $50.00
CO: $134.43
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 8 J
3 folds, SB raises to $1.20, Hero calls $0.70
Flop ($2.40) T 7 6
SB bets $1.71, Hero calls $1.71
I think I shouldn't raise all my flushes. This is the 2nd nut low flush in my range so decided to bluffcatch. Villain also overfolds to raises postflop a bit...
Turn ($5.82) T 7 6 J
SB bets $4.00, Hero calls $4.00
River ($13.82) T 7 6 J T
SB checks, Hero bets $8.75, SB raises to $44.41 and is all in, Hero folds
Felt like kicking myself but I think checking behind is too nitty. I don't think he has any bluffs so I folded, I have 77/66/JT in my range so this is an easy fold.
Final Pot SB wins $29.76
Rake is $1.56

Would anyone have raised flop or turn? I think I'd raise nut flushdraws with a pair or a gutshot and some made flushes so having some to call with is good imo
