NL50 facing river raise w/ thin valuerange

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $91.13
SB: $119.84
BB: $51.65 (Hero)
UTG: $55.63
MP: $106.40
CO: $96.09
20/16 over 450 hands. Att to steal from SB: 24%, af f/t/r: 2/1/1, cbet flop in non3b pot 47%. No signs of overly aggro tendencies so far, did 4b TT once, plays draws aggresively. WTSD 40, WSD 79 (obv run), WWSF 57, but the sample is small
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 3 5
4 folds, SB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.00
Flop ($3.00) Q 7 4
SB checks, Hero bets $2.00, SB calls $2.00
Turn ($7.00) Q 7 4 6
SB checks, Hero bets $5.00, SB calls $5.00
River ($17.00) Q 7 4 6 7
SB checks, Hero bets $12.25, SB raises to $34.50, Hero calls $22.25
think that preflop, flop and turn are fairly std.
His valuerange otr is 76, QQ and maybe 66? Which means total of 12 value combos, assuming he always plays QQ/66 like that. More realistically its something like 10 combos.
Now, given that Im likely to be fairly weak and he can, maybe, perceivably valueraise 7x, or maybe turn 4x into a bluff, can I fold? I know that river raise from these villains is always nuts, but still...Should be noted that he may think that I dont have 76 in my range, which leaves only 4 combos (44 and 77) in my perceived b/c range otr.

thanks

EDIT: What if the river is a 6?? How much would that change? Would that turn b/c into b/f?
