NL25z TT in 3-bet pot

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $28.09
SB: $48.53
BB: $54.69
UTG: $26.44 (Hero)
MP: $10.26
CO: $25.10
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with T T
Hero raises to $0.55, 2 folds, BN raises to $2.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.45
Flop ($4.35) 6 6 2
Hero checks, BN bets $1.37, Hero raises to $4.40, BN calls $3.03
Turn ($13.15) 6 6 2 9
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($13.15) 6 6 2 9 K
Hero checks, BN bets $8.37, Hero

So I feel pretty good about the flop. In 3-bet pots as the PFC oop, we are incentivized to checkraise overpairs on low boards for equity denial. Essentially, we don't want to allow the BU to get to the river with all of his overcards to our PP for a small price. The lower our overpair, the more we want to checkraise.

Question: How do we construct our turn range actually? In game I just thought that our range probably polarizes. So I should be less inclined to bet my weakest overpairs like TT now and more inclined to bet a hand like JJ/QQ, which would take the same flop line.

Any thoughts on this?
