Hero checks, BN bets $22.19 and is all in, Hero calls $22.19

I saw him spewing today in a 3bet pot. Against these kind of players, on a board like this, I just do not fold kings or queens OTF, ever. Trying to put him on a wide range (building it from my experiences in 4bet pots, when a spewing player is in the position).

Against a range something like that: AA,QQ-TT,ATs+,A5s-A2s,KdQd,KdJd,QdJd,KdTd,QdTd,JdTd,Td9d,Td8d,8d7d,8d6d,7d6d,7d5d,6d5d,AQo+
I have 40%.

Is my line of thought correct?
