NL25z Facing overbet in 3-bet pot

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $37.51 (Hero)
SB: $17.60
BB: $25.87
UTG: $30.71
MP: $40.15
CO: $22.52
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BN with K K
UTG raises to $0.60, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.87, 2 folds, UTG calls $1.27
Flop ($4.09) A 5 8
UTG checks, Hero checks
Turn ($4.09) A 5 8 K
UTG bets $3.80, Hero calls $3.80
River ($11.69) A 5 8 K Q
UTG bets $13.90, Hero

Flop: I know many people would range c-bet this flop, I personally develop a checking range.

Turn: Standard imo.

River: Do we call this off? We don't have many better hands as we don't have a lot of flushes in our range, though we have some AA that checked back the flop. Would folding this be too ridiculous?
