Instinctively I didn't wanna bet because it's a very bad board for my range. 2nd guessing it though, it might still be the best play to get value/build a pot vs the fish's dominated draws/marginal hands and because the reg is unlikely to be bluffing wide too.

Now I started betting because everyone checked through and I still have a ton of equity but my sizing seems a little too big and I wonder if I shouldn't c/c once more. I don't think I have a ton of FE vs two players and I'm not sure I get many bluffs through if two FDs brick off OTR. Betting just doesn't seem to have much purpose because most better made hands call and play the river well while most worse draws either fold now or the river.
As played it's kinda awkward given he's unknown and my odds. I made the crying call figuring he shouldn't have the nuts very often and might ship some dominated FDs now and then. And this doesn't need to happen often to make this a break-even call.
Anyway, felt like I butchered the majority of this hand and am very interestedin other's thoughts.
